How It Works
Start with fresh greens, ancient grains, or our famous waffle fries. Every base is prepared daily from locally sourced ingredients.
Pile on seasonal vegetables, roasted proteins, crunchy seeds, and fresh herbs. Mix and match until it looks (and tastes) perfect.
Choose from house-made dressings and sauces — from creamy tahini to spicy gochujang. Every sauce is crafted in-house.
